Behind the Lens: Tremblays Titanic Experience

History has a way of staying with us, but rarely do we get to taste it—or see it in such vivid detail that we feel the salt air on our skin.

Our latest film project, created exclusively for Tremblays Titanic Experience. If you haven’t heard of it yet, Tremblays (led by the renowned Chef Steve Tremblay) has launched a spectacular 10-course dining event that recreates the exact menu served to First Class passengers on the RMS Titanic.

But this evening is about more than just the world-class culinary mastery of Chef Steve; it’s about total immersion. That’s where this film project comes in.

Chef Steve Tremblay has been fascinated by the Titanic since its discovery in 1985, and his dedication to authenticity is infectious. In creating this film, I wanted to match that passion. Every frame was designed to complement the 10-course tasting menu, ensuring that as guests enjoy their Punch Romaine or fresh, locally sourced dishes, the visuals around them deepen the story.
